2014 Golubok GOLD

Crafted from our Estate-grown Golubok (Teinturier) grapes (a Russian/Ukrainian grape).
 
Tasting Notes:
Dry and full-bodied. Hints of smoke and tobacco but with strong black and red berry flavors.
 
Pairs With:
Columbus salame secchi (found at Trader Joe’s), Cambozola cheese (found at Costco) and beef. Also pairs extremely well with Hawaiian Host Aloha Gems (macademia nuts covered in PREMIUM milk chocolate - found on Amazon!)
